All hire must include a helmet & lock. (No helmet No bike)
The Signatory is responsible for the bike/s on the form, and must read the contract including the back page (ensure bike number is on form).
(must be over 18 years old to sign contract) Yellow form to customer.
Ask customer to do safety check of bike/s before leaving the outlet.
Credit card number required for security, some I. D.
Optional Bike Theft Cover for $1 per day ($70 excess)
Kid's bike/s half price when hired with 2 adult bikes.
Cancellation fee of $20 for bikes ordered & not picked up.
Also a $20 charge for lost Key, Lock, Helmet, Backpack etc.
Delivery times based around 9am, 1pm & 5pm
Bike/s must be locked whenever out of sight. (Lock through frame of
bike to something fixed)
Bike/s are not to be ridden on beach sand or in salt water.
We charge a $75 per bike service fee for any bike that has
been on beach sand or in salt water.
Bikes hire for off-road riding, add a 50% surcharge to hire rates.
Bike/s are not to be ridden at night, unless fitted with an
Australian approved front & rear light.
Rider/s must obey all road rules and give way to pedestrians on
a shared bikeway. Bike not to be ridden in the Noosa National Park.
Prices below include Helmet, Lock, Map, GST (tax) & Delivery/Pick
of the hire bike (excludes outlets special in blue).
Bike hire after one week is $10 per day per bike for
Mt. bike, Cruiser & children bike. $15 per day per bike for Mt. bike with a baby seat, Mt. bike with a Tag-along & Road bike.
Discounts available for group booking hire & hire over one week.
Gel seat cover & Backpack available, can be requested when ordering your bike.
Check bike over on return, true wheels, brakes, beach sand etc.
Phone us if any bike requires attention.
Make sure bike is locked to bike rack.
